The contemporary home, sleeping up to nine guests, is the ideal base for a relaxing getaway to the Cotswolds. A path leading up to the front door which opens into a large hallway, perfect for storing coats and boots, before moving into the large, triple aspect sitting room, complete with inviting and stylish furnishings, flatscreen TV and lovely French doors leading out into the back garden. Family and friends can congregate in the well laid out and sociable kitchen/diner, which has all the amenities you need to rustle up a delicious home-cooked meal and gather with your group around the dining table, with additional seating for two at the smart centre island, and finished similarly to the sitting room, with French doors leading out into the back garden. Off-road parking for 2 cars only. Any additional cars can use the public car park nearby, on street parking is not permitted PLEASE NOTE: NO STAG/HEN OR SIMILAR PARTIES. Quiet residential area, please respect other residents and keep noise to a minimum.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
