This property is a spacious first floor apartment of the South Wing of Dean Hall Country House and can sleep four people. The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with double oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, dining seating for four people, and a sitting room with woodburning stove, TV and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with zip/link and a double, both with en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a cobbled courtyard with garden table, shared use of owners' extensive grounds with four acres of parkland and gardens including lawn tennis court and croquet lawn, as well as off-road parking available. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are no permitted. Note: This property does not accept children under the age of 12 years old. For an opulent escape, choose Dean Hall.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
