This stunning, detached lodge is located just outside the village of Ledbury and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  Orchard View is a wonderful, detached lodge just a short walk from the village of Ledbury. The cottage sleeps four people in one double bedroom, a room with bunk beds, and shower room with a separate WC. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with French doors. Outside is off road parking, Private driveway. Patio with furniture. Situated in the Heart of England, Orchard View is a lovely family cottage, all year round.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off Road Parking,Private Driveway. Enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. Use of orchard and field with swing and climbing frame next to lodge, for games and exercising dogs. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Due to rural location, WiFi connection can be unpredictable. Note: Although all ground floor, the property isn't suitable for wheelchair users. There is also a short walk from the parking area to a set of 5 steps leading on to the patio which leads up to the cottage.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
