You also have the choice of three luxurious en-suite bedrooms; there are two king size rooms on the ground floor, whilst the third is a twin room and can be found on the first floor (Please note: the single beds are quite low down and are futon beds with futon mattresses,, and this room has no door). 12 Manor Farm Close really is the perfect holiday destination from which to enjoy this beautiful part of the world.

Off-road parking for 1 car with additional roadside parking nearby. Private enclosed courtyard to the rear with patio, gravelled area and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles. Check in is 4pm. Check out is 10am. Note: This property requires a refundable Good Housekeeping Bond of £400.00. Note: There is limited space in the first-floor twin bedroom with low, sloped ceilings, futon beds with futon mattresses, and a small en-suite. Please note the twin room bedroom does not have a door.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
