The Old Mill situated in a gated courtyard just outside of Flaxley, has three bedrooms two bathrooms and can sleep six. The Old Mill is a result of careful planning and hard work from the owners to create a spacious home with charming architectural features; the exposed timbers and brickwork of the vast open plan kitchen/ dining area is an example of this. Three bedrooms host one ground floor double with en suite shower, basin and WC, one double and one twin. There is also one ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over basin and WC. After a day of exploring, you can sit out on the glass-fronted balcony overlooking the courtyard and grassed areas, a tranquil place to unwind. A lake is adjacent to the property and guests are welcome to walk by it and guests are welcome to explore it from The Old Mill.

Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Highchair and cot available. Ample off road parking. Large, paved patio area with seating and gas barbecue, use of large lawn area. Fly-fishing, swimming and bring your own paddle boards if you wish to enjoy on owners lake by prior arrangement. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 0.5 miles, Gastro pub 1 mile. Note: Please contact the office in regards to further information on fly fishing. Note: For larger parties, The Old Mill is can be rented alongside The Old Dairy (Property Ref. 988895) (adjacent at right angles) making accommodation for up to ten guests. There is ample dining space to seat ten guests in The Old Mill - Please call for more details. Note: Children must be supervised at all times by the lake.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
