This detached, Cotswold cottage is based in Broadwell Gloucestershire and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. The Smithy is a detached, Cotswold cottage based in Broadwell, Gloucestershire. The property is packed with history as it used to be home to the village blacksmith, with his workshop tucked away next door.The old workshop barn next door hasn’t been touched, so part of its original history remains intact. Downstairs has an open-plan fitted kitchen with a dining area, as well as a living room with an electric flame effect fire, as well as a ground floor cloakroom and WC. Upstairs has two double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and WC, and a twin bedroom. There is a separate wet room style shower room and WC. There is a large garden area, with a terrace and a table and chairs. Ample off road parking is provided. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome at an additional charge of £25.00.

Large electric hob, double oven and grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier. 2 x TV, one with BT view, DVD, video player, WIFI. Fuel and power inc in rent. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 0.5 miles. Note: This property requires a good housekeeping bond of £100. Note: The stairs to the 2nd floor bedroom are steep and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
