Newbury Cottage can be found close to the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Newbury Cottage is an end of terrace cottage which can be found close to the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire. The cottage dates back 230 years and retains its original exposed beams and a Cotswold stone fireplace, all the while containing modern furnishings. Downstairs has a living room, a newly fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a conservatory with a table and chairs. The first floor has one double bedroom and the second floor has one twin bedroom accessed via a steep uncarpeted staircase. There is a separate bathroom and WC. There is an office with a travel cot and a single futon available for any extra guests. Outside has a large lawned garden area with furniture provided in an outdoor laundry shed. Parking is available for one car in an allocated parking space, suitable for a small to medium car. Newbury Cottage is perfect for small families. Please note the second floor twin bedroom is accessed via a steep uncarpeted staircase, the staircase has a rope banister. Please note during July and August minimum 7 night bookings only

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
