Bears Court North Barn 2 is a stunning holiday home resting in Little Rissington near Bourton-On-The-Water, Gloucestershire and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dining seating for six, a sitting area with a Smart TV and a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of two super-king-size with en-suites and a ground-floor super-king-size, all zip/link so they can be a twin on request, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is off-road parking for 2 cars and an enclosed garden with a hot tub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no smoking is allowed. One well-behaved dog is welcome on request, but guests must pay a fee to bring more. Within 1.6 miles there is a shop and within 1.8 miles, a pub. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
