The Nook rests in Newquay, Cornwall and can sleep two guests in one bedroom. The Nook consists of an open-plan living space with an oven, plug-in countertop hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, breakfast bar seating two, Smart TV with Terrestrial, Netflix and Disney Plus and an electric flame-effect fire. The bedroom is a double with en-suite shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included. Outside, there is a shared enclosed rear garden with decking, lawn, furniture, hot tub, barbecue, private front garden with gravel and furniture, and off-road parking for one car. Three well-behaved pets welcome (not to be left unattended outside). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.7 miles, pub and beach 0.2 miles. Enjoy a memorable escape to Cornwall at The Nook. Note: No children allowed. Note: The chalet is compact but comfortable for two adults and may not be an ideal size for large dogs. Note: The garden is a communal area but it’s shared with only one other 1 bedroomed chalet, so crossover is rare and there’s plenty of space.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
