It provides three bedrooms made up of a king-size, a twin and a single room, along with a family bathroom and can sleep five people. Inside you will find a smart kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a wood burning stove. Outside is an enclosed garden with a gravel area and furniture. Lowena Cottage is a beautiful cottage in an excellent part of Cornwall.

Electric heating with wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster. Smart TV with Alexa, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available on request. No allocated parking, parking is usually available outside. Lawned garden with gravel area and picnic bench. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Note: This property has a £100 good housekeeping bond. Note: This property has steep steps leading to the garden, care should be taken and children should be supervised. Note: Though it is rarely used, the neighbouring property has right of access across a shared footpath at the rear of the house.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
