The cottage has a king-size double bedroom which can be offered as a twin if required, a shower room, a kitchen with breakfast bar, and a sitting room with dining area and sofa bed. Outside is off road parking for one car, a private front gravelled garden area with furniture and a private rear patio garden with furniture. Please note there is no facility for charging electric cars at the property. Jenny Wren is well placed for the amenities of Tywardreath, the beach at Par, the gardens of Tregrehan and the Eden Project, and excellent coastal walking. PLEASE NOTE: Towels are not provided. Check in 5pm. Check out 9am.

Beach 1 mile. Note: Although all ground floor, there are 4 steps into the sitting room. Note: Please bring your own towels as they are not provided. Note: Property is unable to support the charging of electric cars due to the supply to the property.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
