Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Smart TV in kitchen with freeview, washing machine with drying line and tumble drier, dishwasher, (Starter pack of washing machine and dishwasher tabs included) , blender, slow cooker, coffee maker, breadmaker, baking utensils, iron and ironing board

This bungalow is situated in the village of Wadebridge, near Padstow, and can sleep eight guests in three bedrooms.Trenant View is a wonderful bungalow situated in the village of Wadebridge, Cornwall, 15 miles from Newquay airport. Hosting three bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite, a king-size double (zip/link can be twin on request), and a bunk room that also has another single bed & trundle bed- Cot and highchair available. Family bathroom with bath and separate walk in rainfall shower. Kitchen/diner with gas oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave etc, plus a Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Lounge has has a large Smart TV, DVD player, Bose bluetooth speaker. The property is centrally heated plus solar panels, please note the fireplace is only decorative. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, with roadside parking also available, and an enclosed three tier garden with patio areas and dining furniture for 12 plus BBQ , guests need to bring charcoal with them. Two well behaved dogs very welcome. Please note there are some steps to the property and from the decking to the top tier of the garden.

2 x smart TVs with Freeview and fast fibre wifi, one TV in kitchen and one in lounge. Netflix, iplayer, Prime Video apps etc available, guests would need to use owner account and please log off before check out. Bluetooth Bose speaker, DVD player in lounge with selection of films and also board games. Fabulous glass balustrade leading from lounge and main bedroom with views of countryside and beautiful sunsets. Enclosed three tier garden. The top tier has astroturf for guest comfort and the grounds also offer two patios, one of which has outside dining furniture for 12 guests plus a barbecue which guests are most welcome to bring charcoal for. Two well-behaved dogs are also very welcome. Walking,hiking,surfing guests etc welcome, with plenty of surf shops in the area. External shed can accommodate golf clubs, beach equipment or wet suit etc. Great cycling route on The Camel Trail and bikes can be hired in Wadebridge. Off road parking for 2 cars, roadside parking available. Gas central heating and solar panels. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Only 15 miles from Newquay airport, 11 miles from Bodmin Railway Station and guests can also get a bus into Wadebridge. Lots of lovely eateries in Wadebridge. Easy access to Port Isaac, Boscastle, Tintagel Castle, Padstow, Rock, Polzeath and Newquay. Only 15 miles from The Eden Project, one of the world's largest indoor rainforests. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 11 mins walk and pub 1 mile. Please note the fireplace is decorative only

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
