This cottage is situated in Mullion, Cornwall and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.  Newly extended from a three bedroom, to a four bedroom property, as of March 2025. Pencoys is a cottage nestled in Mullion, Cornwall. Hosting four bedrooms, including two 4ft 6 doubles, 1 zip and link and a twin, along with two shower rooms and one cloakroom, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also a kitchen and a living with woodburning stove and a dining room in the converted annexe. To the outside is an enclosed lawn and terrace with furniture and barbecue, plus off-road parking for two cars. Pencoys is a fabulous base for a family retreat to Cornwall. Note: Access to the property is along a rural unadopted road - the speed limit is 5 mph and care should be taken as the road surface is uneven in places.

Oil central heating. Electric double oven and induction hobs, microwave, 2 x fridge/freezer, 2 x washer/dryer and 2 x dishwasher. WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available. Off-road parking for three cars. Enclosed back garden with terrace, lawned area and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.5 miles, beach 1.3 miles. Note: Access to the property is along a rural unadopted road - the speed limit is 5 mph and care should be taken as the road surface is uneven in places, may not be suitable for low slung vehicles. Note: In the converted annexe, there is one step down into the space, and then one step up to the bedroom and shower room.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
