This comfortable, wheelchair accessible cottage is close to the North Cornwall coast and sleeps up to five people in three bedrooms The small hamlet of Tregoodwell is just six miles from the beautiful North Cornwall coast. Here you'll find The Barn, an attractive, semi-detached holiday home which is ideal for families. There are three bedrooms all with their own bath/shower room and a choice of lounge and sitting room. The ground floor has been designed with guests with limited mobility in mind and has level access throughout, and the ground floor single room has an en-suite wet room. Outside there is a small courtyard garden with table and chairs. The Barn is close to Rough Tor, the highest point in Cornwall. On a clear day the views to the north Cornish coast are magnificent. The market town of Camelford is a ten minute walk and has a selection of shops, galleries, pubs, restaurants. Within easy driving distance are Port Isaac and Rock, numerous National Heritage Sites and beautiful beaches.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
