Ivy Cottage near St Minver, Cornwall sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. Ivy Cottage consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and air fryer, a dining area with seating for six, and a sitting area with a Smart TV and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and king-size. There is a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a private front patio with picnic bench and communal grounds with lawn, private rear multi-level garden with gravelled area and lawn, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet welcome (to be kept on the ground floor only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.8 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Return year after year to Ivy Cottage. Note: The biomass woodburning stove is not to be used by guests. Note: The front and rear private garden is not enclosed, the communal grounds are enclosed.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
