This delightful semi-detached cottage is situated near Trescowe, in Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The Cottage is a wonderful semi-detached cottage resting just outside Trescowe, in Cornwall. The property has two bedrooms; a double and twin, sleeping a total of six guests and served by a family bathroom. The ground floor boasts a kitchen/diner, as well as a sitting room. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. The Cottage is a wonderful base for exploring the coast of Cornwall.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, digital TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed private lawned garden with furniture and bbq. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles and pub 2 miles. Note: Check in time is after 4pm. Please note: For health and hygiene reasons they are not allowed upstairs, there is a gate to help with this, or on the furniture. Please could they be clean and dry before they go on the carpet. Unfortunately, visiting dogs are no longer to be left in the property unattended due to the damage from stress/boredom. There are lots of lovely dog walks be it beach, cliff top or countryside, that we can chat about when you arrive.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
