Hosting four bedrooms, including a king-size with TV and en-suite bathroom, a ground-floor double with TV and en-suite shower room, a double with TV, a ground-floor twin with TV, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to 8 guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove and a separate sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there is ample off-road parking, a garden with furniture and a terraced garden with furniture. Woodlands Close is the perfect base for your next group celebration to the coast. Note: The Hot Tub is optional in the winter months (November to March) and can be hired at an additional cost of £160 but use of the Hot Tub is free between April and October.

Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.9 miles, Trevone beach 1.9 miles. Note: This property does not accept Saturday changeovers. Note: Pets only downstairs and none carpeted areas, there is a dog room provided. Note: Trevone Beach is approx 25 mins walk from the property (includes 200m on a main road), or a 5 min drive. Harlyn Bay is also a 5 min drive away. Note: One of the twin rooms may be more comfortable for teenagers or children due to its smaller size. Note: The Hot Tub is optional in the winter months (November to March) and can be hired at an additional cost of £160 but use of the Hot Tub is free between April and October.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
