Meledor in Marazion, Cornwall sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, a dining room with electric effect woodburning stove, and a sitting room with Smart TV with Sky TV package, and a DVD player. The bedrooms consist of three doubles, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture, and there is parking available in the nearby long-stay public carpark. Within 0.6 miles you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles, a beach and within 0.1 miles, a pub. Please note that no pets are allowed and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Meledor is a lovely property, perfect for a coastal getaway. Note: The owner does not provide a permit for the public car park. Note: There are steps up to and steep drops from the raised patio area, please ensure children are supervised. Note: There is a step up from the sitting room into the dining area, and another up to the kitchen. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
