This detached barn conversion is in the village of Landrake in Cornwall and can sleep two people in one bedroom. Pollys Bower is a luxurious, dog-friendly retreat for couples set in beautiful rolling Cornish countryside with sensational far-reaching views and an elegant outdoor heated pool. It occupies a tranquil and tucked away location, amid a patchwork of fields and wooded valleys, yet is a hop from the Cornish Riviera coastline and beaches and the Tamar Valley, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty. The barn accommodates two people in one open plan bedroom with a low wall separating the bed area from the bathroom area with its free-standing bath, sleek shower and a loo tucked into the corner. On the ground floor is an open plan living room including a sitting area with wood burner, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue, lawn area and private swimming pool (available 1st May to 31st October between 0600 to 1200 daily). There is off road parking for two cars. The highly rated local The Rod and Line pub or Heskyn Mill restaurant is within a short walk and the vibrant city of Plymouth is 10 miles.

Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nespresso coffee machine. Smart TV, DVD, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi, books, games, DVD's. Fuel, power and starter pack for wood burner inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels, bathrobes and slippers inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stair gate available. Off road parking for two cars. Patio with garden furniture and barbecue, lawn area (front aspect) and outdoor heated swimming pool. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry no smoking. Pub and shop approximately 1 mile. Note: The pool is shared with the owners and by prior arrangement guests can request use of the pool, from 1st June to 1st October. Babes in arms welcome.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
