This historic pet friendly cottage, 1 mile from St Teath is close to the Coast Path and good surf beaches and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. 3 Newhall Green is situated in a hamlet a mile from the pub in St Teath. It’s an ancient thick-walled semi-detached cottage on two levels, made smart, warm and welcoming. It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms – a double and a twin, with bathroom. Living room and Kitchen-dining room. No TV reception. Huge garden opposite with summer house available Easter to end of Sept which has a kitchenette and shower. 3 Newhall Green is a wonderful place for relaxation. Nearby there are stunning beaches at Polzeath, Padstow, Rock and Trebarwith Strand

Microwave, fridge, freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD, Fibre Optic WiFi, Phone incoming calls only only, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for one car in a reserved parking space. One well-behaved dog welcome, please enquire if you wish to bring a second dog. Sorry no smoking.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
