The Cottage in St Kew Highway, Cornwall, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. This home has a kitchen/diner, a utility, a dining room/conservatory, and a sitting room, along with 2 x double bedrooms, a bunk, and a ground-floor shower room. Appliances consist of an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine, and for entertainment, a Smart TV. Outside there is an enclosed rear multi-level garden with patio and furniture, and off-road parking. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles and a pub in 0.1 miles. Take to the Cornish countryside at The Cottage. Note: There are steps in the garden and throughout the home; please take care. Note: The woodburning stove is out of use.

Oil-fired central heating. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking in front of the cottage. Rear multi-level garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: There are two steps up into the WC and a 35cm step up into shower, please take care. Note: From April 2024, there will be building works being carried out on the neighbouring property for 4 months - Please call for more information.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
