32 Manorcombe in St Ann's Chapel, Cornwall, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV, DVD player, a selection of DVD and books. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, and a twin, along with a bathroom and a separate cloakroom. Outside there is a front garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and barbecue, an off-road parking space for one car, and further on-site parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 32 Manorcombe is a great base for exploring Cornwall as a family. Note: There are 9 steps, with a handrail, up to the property. Note: Guests have access to a range of on-site facilities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, a bar and restaurant, and a tennis court. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
