This welcoming, detached cottage is Rosudgeon, Cornwall, sleeps five people in three bedrooms. Two Threes is a comfortable, detached cottage set in the small village of Rosudgeon, Cornwall. With two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a ground floor shower room, up to five people can stay. There's also a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a sun room. Outside, there's off road parking for two cars plus a large enclosed garden with furniture. Within an easy walk are the local shop and pub, whilst the nearest beach can be found just a couple of miles away. Two Threes is a welcoming holiday home, and a perfect base for touring South Cornwall. Note: Property accepts up to 6 people including infants

Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Beach 2 miles. Note: For those wishing to bring bicycles there is a secure garage where they can be kept when not in use. Note: Property accepts up to 6 people including infants

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
