Trewenna in Tregony, Cornwall, sleeps up to six adults and two children. This cottage has three bedrooms: a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double with en-suite shower room, a twin with a truckle along with a bathroom with a slipper bath and a ground-floor shower room. There’s also a kitchen, a utility, a dining room, and a sitting room with a sofa bed and woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher and for entertainment there are two Smart TVs, WiFi, a selection of books and games, and a record player. A highchair, stairgate and two travel cots are also available. Outside, there is off-road parking for up to two cars and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue, pizza oven and ice bucket. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and three well-behaved pets are welcome, however this is non-smoking property. Trewenna is a lovely cottage in a convenient location.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
