The property is set on the site of Trevalgas Farm Cottages and shares a 40' swimming pool with the other cottage there. The property can accommodate four people in two double bedrooms, one on the ground floor with doors opening onto a sitting area on a balcony, plus one upstairs with an en-suite WC and beautiful views. You will also find the family bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen and dining area are set within an open plan living space, two steps up from the sitting area, and two steps lead down from the sitting area to a conservatory, which follows out into the garden where you'll find a lawn, outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There is off road parking for two cars. In a lovely spot for touring the coastline, Groom Cottage is an ideal holiday base for all.
