Sparrows Nest in Carbis Bay, Cornwall, sleeps ten guests in five bedrooms. This three-storey home includes an open-plan living space, a first-floor utility, and a sitting room/media room, along with four super-king-size bedrooms, three with en-suites, and a twin (zip/link), serviced by a bathroom. Appliances include an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, wine chiller, and hairdryer, along with five Smart TVs, and a surround sound system. Outside there is a wrap-around garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue, and fire pit, multiple balconies, and a second-floor terrace with furniture, along with a private driveway for three cars and additional 3 spaces in the woodland area next to the garden, and EV charger. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with two highchairs and two travel cots. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
