Moonbeams in Carbis Bay, Cornwall, sleeps ten guests in five bedrooms. The living areas in this three-storey home include an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a utility, a sitting room with balcony and electric fire, and a conservatory. Appliances include a double oven, two induction hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and for entertainment, there's three Smart TVs, PS2, DVD player, Xbox, Wii, and WiFi. All bedrooms have en-suites, and include a super-king-size with balcony, three king-size, and a twin. Outside there is a front garden with patio, decking and furniture, and a private driveway for five cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. For a large, Cornish base, choose Moonbeams. Note: There are steps in the garden, please take care. Note: There is a pond in the garden; please supervise children and dogs at all times whilst outdoors.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
