Waters Edge rests in St Ives, Cornwall, sleeping four in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven/grill, 4 ring ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for four people, and a sitting area with TV with DVD player and Sky original package with a selection of DVD's to living area. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bathroom, and a twin, both with Freeview TVs, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a seaward facing decked balcony, outside furniture including table, chairs, and bench, along with off-road parking for one car. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted. Cot and highchair provided; we request that guests provide their own cot bedding. NOTE: Complimentary spa passes are provided for 2 guests at HarSPA at the Harbour Hotel, the passes include 20% discount off spa treatments Monday - Friday, food in the HarBAR. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
