Coast in St Ives, Cornwall, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property include an open-plan living space with a kitchen containing an electric oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six people, and a sitting area with TV with Freeview, Sony music system with built-in iPod dock, DAB radio and CD player, and a Nintendo Wii with a selection of games. The bedrooms include a king-size with 32" Smart TV and en-suite bathroom, and a twin with TV with Freeview and DVD player, along with a bathroom. A cot and highchair are provided, however guests are asked to provide their own cot bedding. Outside, there is a seaward facing decked terrace with furniture and an allocated parking space for one car in an underground car park. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop and within 0.1, a pub and a beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Coast is a family-friendly apartment for a coastal retreat in St Ives. Note: The decking area may become slippery when wet, please take care. Note: Check-in at 4.00pm, check-out by 10.00am. Note: Complimentary spa passes are provided for 4 guests at HarSPA at the Harbour Hotel, the passes include 20% discount off spa treatments, food and beverages (excluding offers) Access is valid until 10th May 2024, Membership is reviewed annually by the owner for the following year; please call the spa on arrival to the property to arrange your entry.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
