Alfred Wallis is a stylish second-floor apartment resting in St Ives, Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an oven/grill, five burner gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for four people and a sitting room with 26” LCD Tv with DVD player, Sky with Movies and Sport packages, a Playstation 3 and a selection of games and Blu-ray DVDs. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with 22” LCD TV and a twin with 18” LCD TV, both of which have en-suite wet rooms. Outside there are two balconies with furniture and off-road parking available for one car. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A cot and highchair are available. Please note that check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. One medium-sized well-behaved dog is welcome. Please bring your own linen for use of the cot. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
