Abalone is a sea front, first floor apartment in St Ives, Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  The open-plan living area includes a kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer, a sitting area with TV with Sky, PS4, Blu-ray player, DVD player, Bose speaker and a dining table for four. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower and a twin, along with a bathroom. To the outside is a decked balcony with furniture and designated parking for one car. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop, 0.1 miles a pub and 0.8 miles, a beach. Pets and smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Abalone is a superb base in an enviable part of St Ives. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am.

Cot and highchair provided, we request that guests provide their own cot bedding, one allocated underground car park space, seaward facing decked balcony, outside furniture including table, chairs, and bench, regret no pets, no smoking, shops, beaches, and pubs within a short walk. Note: Complimentary spa passes are provided for 4 guests at HarSPA at the Harbour Hotel, the passes include 20% discount off spa treatments, food and beverages (excluding offers) Access is valid until the 16th July 2024, Membership is reviewed annually by the owner for the following year and is subject to renewal. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
