Kernowfornia in Newquay, Cornwall sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. Kernowfornia, a dormer bungalow, consists of a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room with dining seating for six guests, and a sitting room with TV, books, and a decked balcony. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, ground-floor double, twin, and ground-floor adult bunk bed, along with a ground-floor bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, and a first-floor bathroom with bath and shower over. Outside, there is a rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture, barbecue, and play area including slide and swing, and a non-enclosed front patio, plus private, off-road parking available. Pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and beach 0.5 miles, pub 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Please note, the property is attached to a small studio which is let separately, the studio has its own parking space on the driveway and its own private balcony adjacent to the main property’s rear garden.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
