Porth Beach Villa in Porth, Cornwall, sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. The living areas in this three-storey home consists of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV and balcony with furniture and barbecue, and a utility with washer/dryer. The bedrooms all have Smart TVs and consist of three second-floor rooms, including a king-size with en-suite and balcony, a double, and a twin, along with a ground-floor king-size with en-suite, serviced by a cloakroom and a second-floor bathroom. Outside there is a private driveway for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.6 miles, a pub in 0.2 miles, and the beach in 0.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 9 Longshore is a stunning base for a Cornish escape. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
