Swallow Cottage is a fantastic, characterful cottage resting in Trefeock, Cornwall and can sleep five guests in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and a living/dining room with TV and open fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin with a truckle, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a garden with lawn, patio, charcoal barbecue and furniture, as well as a private driveway with off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.9 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Check-in from 4:30pm, check-out by 9am. The truckle bed under one of the single beds can be made up into an extra child's bed upon request. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
