Bray Cottage in St Wenn, Cornwall sleeps three people in two bedrooms. Bray Cottage consists of a kitchen with a fridge, washing machine, electric oven and hob, kettle, and microwave, and a living/dining room with a Smart TV and dining seating. The bedrooms consist of a double and a single with a pull out trundle. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front patio with furniture, built in BBQ and a side garden with a lawn plus off-road parking for one car. There are a selection of books, games, and DVDs available. One small well-behaved dog is welcome, but please note, that the dog can only be walked on the shared garden and must be kept on the lead. Sorry, no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop in 3 miles and a pub in 4.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for open fire, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price. Bray Cottage is a wonderful escape to Cornwall, whatever time of year.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
