This detached cottage rests in Hayle, Cornwall and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Copper Hill House is a detached bungalow sitting within the modest town of Hayle in Cornwall. There are three bedrooms in this all-ground-floor property, made up of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and two doubles, served by a bathroom, sleeping six guests in total. There is also a kitchen/diner, sitting room with gas fire and a conservatory. Outside the cottage are lawned areas to the front a rear, as well as the rear offering a patio with furniture and a barbecue. There is also ample off-road parking at the cottage. Copper Hill House is perfect for friends and families seeking an escape to Cornwall, at any time of year. Note: For safety reasons, the charging of electric vehicles is strictly prohibited at the property.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for two cars, more if parked one behind the other. Lawned front garden and enclosed rear garden with lawn area, patio, picnic table and parasol. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.2 miles. Please note: No stag/hen parties, or similar. Note: For safety reasons, the charging of electric vehicles is strictly prohibited at the property. Please note: There is a tight turning onto the driveway which can be difficult for larger vehicles.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
