Cornerstone rests in Penzance and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.  This property consists of a kitchen/diner with a double electric oven, hob, microwave, two fridge/freezers, dishwasher, dining seating for eight, a TV, a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer and a sitting room with TV and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of three king-size bedrooms with a TV and en-suite and a bunk bedroom, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a large, enclosed garden with a hot tub, furniture and pond, as well as off-road parking for five cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, sorry no smoking. There is a highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available on request. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub and within 1.6 miles, a beach. Cornerstone is a gorgeous base to explore Cornwall. Please note: There is a pond in the garden so children must always be supervised.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
