Coombe Cottage in Penwartha, Cornwall, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.  The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, and a living/dining room with Smart TV, woodburning stove, and a selection of books and games. The bedrooms consist of two king-size, and a twin, along with a bathroom, and a ground-floor shower room with washing machine. Outside there is a front garden with summerhouse and barbecue, an enclosed side garden with outside tap, a private driveway for three cars, and additional off-road parking. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Highchair, travel cot and moveable stairgate available. You'll find a shop in 1.7 miles, a pub in 0.8 miles, and the beach in 1.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Coombe Cottage is a delightful base to explore Cornwall from. Note: The front garden is not enclosed. Note: There is limited headroom in the bathroom. Note: There is limited handrail to the stairs; please be careful. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
