Winterbrook Cottage, Mevagissey, Cornwall sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Winterbrook Cottage, a three-storey home consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, a dining table seating six, and a separate utility room with a freezer and a washing machine. A highchair and cot are also available. The first-floor sitting room contains a Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size room, a double and a bunk. Bed linen, towels, electric central heating, WiFi, fuel and power are all included. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but this is a smoke and vape-free property. You’ll find the closest beach in 0.8 miles, and a shop and pub in 0.1 miles. Winterbrook Cottage is an idyllic Cornish coastal break. Note: No cats allowed due to the owner's allergies. Note: Only off-road parking available. Note: There is a low ceiling area between the kitchen, utility room and bathroom. Note: The property is close to the harbour with some downhill/uphill walking.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
