The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, and a twin, along with a bathroom. There is a patio with a bench and permit parking for one car in a nearby car park. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles, the marina in 0.3 miles, and the beach in 0.6 miles. 4 Elm Terrace is a wonderful base for exploring Cornwall as a family. Note: The walkway to the cottage is via a cobbled pathway, a ramp and 2 steps; ensure care is taken. Note: The car park is approximately 100 yards away. Note: Loading/unloading is accepted outside of the property.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
