The living areas in this triplex apartment consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and coffee machine, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and balcony with furniture. The bedrooms consist of two king-size both with Smart TV and one having an en-suite shower room, and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a private balcony with furniture, communal gardens and off-road, designated parking for one car. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Tower, 5 Corisande Manor is a fabulous abode for an escape to Cornwall. Note: The steps leading to the twin bedroom are quite steep and narrow, please take care. Note: The property is accessed via three sets of stairs which may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility.

Note: You enter at ground floor level and then there are 35 internal carpeted steps with landings after every 6 or 7 steps to get to the property accommodation.. Note: You walk through the 4th floor king size bedroom and then up the curved stairs and into the open twin room. Note: Sorry no Stag/Hen parties or similar. Check in is 16:00 Check out is 10:00. Note: Property has a Fuuse EV charging point, access to the EV charger is dependent on the App, owner cannot take responsibility if not functioning correctly
