Headland View rests in Newquay and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  This second-floor apartment consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four and a sitting area with TV, along with two balconies. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room and a twin, as well as a bathroom. Outside, there is a surfboard rack, roadside parking on first-come, first-served basis and a car park nearby. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, this is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 0.6 miles, a beach. Headland View is an idyllic base or families seeking a coastal escape. Please note: There is a step in the bathroom and the staircase leading to this apartment is very narrow.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
