Rockhopper Cottage in Praa Sands, Cornwall sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a breakfast bar, a living/dining room with dining seating for four guests, Smart TV and woodburning stove and a snug with tumble dryer and football table. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a twin and a family room with a king-size and a single with trundle, along with a bathroom, first-floor cloakroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed side garden with lawn, gravelled area and furniture, as well as ample off-road parking. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop, within 0.5 miles, a pub and within 0.2 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
