Upper deck is a delightful, duplex apartment resting in Truro, Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms one 4ft bed and a 4ft 6 double bed.  The living areas in the property on the Upper floor level consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for 4 and a sitting area with a Smart TV. The bedrooms are on the ground floor level and consist of a double with an en-suite and a small double, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a communal garden and allocated parking for one car plus visitor parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Sorry, no smoking and no pets at the property. There is a highchair and travel cot available . Within 0.8 miles there is a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub. upper deck makes a wonderful escape to Cornwall, with much to see and do. Note: There is no lift in the building.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
