It has three bedrooms; one double with an en-suite shower room and WC, one king-size and one twin. There is a separate bathroom and WC. It has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Outside has a shared landscaped gardens. Lily Cottage is a lovely holiday home in the heart of the countryside. Note: This property can be booked with Refs. 999355, 999356, 1072735 and 999357, together they can sleep twenty-four people.
Oil central heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso coffee maker. Smart TV, iPod dock, a selection of books and games and Super-fast WiFi. A tumble dryer is available which serves the 5 barns charged at £5 per load. Logs are provided on arrival and additional logs can be purchased at £5 per load. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Communal landscaped gardens with gas BBQ. Disposable BBQ's can also be purchased for guests going to the beach. Cot and Highchair (available on request). Two well behaved pets welcome (XL Bully breeds cannot be accommodated). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 12 mins walk and pub 1 mile. Bike storage (available on request). Note: Care must be taken with children in the grounds as there are open ponds. Note: Lily Cottage does have ground floor bedrooms but the accommodation is arranged over two floors

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
