All rooms are on the ground floor. It has two bedrooms: one King Size double and one twin. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. It has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Outside has a private garden area with furniture, as well as large shared gardens. Hook Cottage is ideal for a short break or cosy holiday. Note: This property can be booked with Refs. 999355, 999357, 1072735 and 987239 together they can sleep twenty-four people
Oil central heating and wood burner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso coffee maker. A tumble dryer is available which serves the 5 barns charged at £5 per load. Logs are provided on arrival and additional logs can be purchased at £5 per load. A selection of books and games, iPod dock/Smart TV, DVD player and Super-fast WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Communal landscaped gardens with gas BBQ. Disposable BBQ's can also be purchased for guests going to the beach. Cot and Highchair (available on request). Two well behaved pets welcome (XL Bully breeds cannot be accommodated). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 12 mins walk and pub 1 mile. Bike storage (available on request). Disabled ramp access to property through french doors. Note: Care must be taken with children in the grounds as there are open ponds

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
