The cottage sleeps two people and has one double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath, hand-held shower, walk-in shower, basin, WC. On the ground floor is an open-plan living space with a kitchen with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, dining seating for two and a TV with Freeview, DVD player, selection of DVDs and games, and a sound system. Outside, is a small courtyard area with dining furniture and a carpark and free off road parking a short walk away. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. One small well-behaved dog is welcome at 20 GBP pet-supplement. Sorry, no smoking. Guests can find a shop and pub in 0.1 miles, and within 0.3 miles, a beach. Sunrise Cottage is a delightful base to explore Padstow and beyond.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
