The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size with en-suite shower, a king, a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed front garden, and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub, and a private driveway for three cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair, travel cot and stairgate. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.4 miles, and the beach in 0.7 miles. Lavender House is a wonderful base for a family break to Cornwall. Note: There are steps in the rear garden. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
