Headland View in Newquay, Cornwall sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.  The living areas in this fourth-floor apartment consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with gas fire, TV and balcony. The bedrooms consist of a double with balcony and en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a private front balcony with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.4 miles you will find a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 0.2 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Headland View is a fabulous base for an escape to Cornwall, any time of year. Note: There are two fourth-floor balconies, children and pets must be supervised. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
