The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower, a ground-floor double with access to the terrace, a twin, and a ground-floor adult bunk room, plus a ground-floor shower room and a main bathroom. Outside there is a third-floor rooftop terrace with rattan furniture. Off-road parking for two cars. A shop, pub and beach are all within 0.5 miles. Sorry, no pets, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. Pets and children must be supervised on rooftop and balcony. Basement utility is accessed by external stone staircase - can be slippery when wet . Check in time is 4pm, check out time 10am. No stag, hen or similar. Note: From Mid June to the end of September check ins must be on a Saturday for a full week.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
